1. About us
This website, nueluneskin.com, is operated by Y.K Trading, trading as Nuelune, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 98846167, located at Steenselerf 4, 5035 HZ Tilburg, the Netherlands. In these terms, "Nuelune", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Y.K Trading. You can reach us at support@nueluneskin.com.

2. Using our website
By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

3. Our products
Nuelune products are cosmetic products. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and they are not a substitute for medical advice. Results and experiences can differ from person to person. Always read the full ingredient list before use, patch test on a small area first, and stop using a product if irritation occurs. If you have a skin condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or use prescription skincare, please talk to your doctor or dermatologist before use.
Product images are for illustration. Packaging may differ slightly from the images shown.

4. Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed. Any applicable sales tax and shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners; we never see or store your full card details.

5. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

6. Shipping
Shipping times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns and refunds
Because our products are personal hygiene products, we do not accept returns of opened products or returns for change of mind. Damaged, defective, incorrect, or lost orders are handled as described in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you.

8. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including texts, images, logos and the Nuelune name, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without depriving you of the protection of any mandatory consumer protection laws of the country or state where you live.
