Shipping policy

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the contiguous United States.

Processing time
Every order is prepared for you after you place it. Orders ship within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery time
Orders ship from our US fulfillment partner and are usually delivered within 2–5 business days after shipping. In total, most orders arrive within 4–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during holidays or because of carrier delays.

Shipping costs
- Free standard shipping on orders of $60 or more (for example, the Day & Night Set and the Full Routine).
- For orders under $60, the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

Duties and taxes
Your order ships from within the United States, so there are no import duties for you to pay. Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout.

Delays
If we cannot ship your order within the time stated above, we will email you with a new estimated shipping date and give you the option to cancel your order for a full refund.

Damaged, lost, or incorrect orders
Please see our Refund Policy. In short: contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos, and we will send a replacement or refund.
